Payment

Payment for services shall be made to Duraglaze in full at the time of service. Payments can be made in the form of a check or credit/debit card. Customer shall pay all costs associated with collection, including but not limited to, attorney fees.

Returned Check

A $40.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
