The Duraglaze USA LLC Referral Rewards Program (“Program”) is designed to thank our loyal customers for recommending our services. By participating in the Program, you (the “Referrer”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

1. Eligibility

  • Referrer: The Program is open to existing customers of Duraglaze USA LLC who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older.
  • Referred Customer: A “Referred Customer” must be a new customer who has not previously booked or received services from Duraglaze USA LLC.
  • Self-Referrals: Referrers cannot refer themselves (e.g., for a second property or a different service at the same address).

2. Qualified Referrals

A “Qualified Referral” is defined as a referral that meets all of the following criteria:

  1. The Referred Customer must book and complete one of the following Approved Services:
    • Bathtub Refinishing
    • Shower Refinishing
  2. The Referred Customer must provide the Referrer’s full name at the time of the initial inquiry or booking (via phone at 509-783-6839 or through the website contact form).
  3. The Referred Customer must pay their invoice in full for the completed service.
  4. Fiberglass repair services alone do not qualify for a referral fee unless performed in conjunction with a full tub or shower refinishing.

3. Referral Reward Details

  • Reward Amount: For every Qualified Referral, Duraglaze USA LLC will pay the Referrer a flat fee of $50.00 USD.
  • One-Time Payment: The referral fee is a one-time payment for the initial service performed for the Referred Customer. Subsequent or additional services purchased by the same Referred Customer at a later date do not qualify for additional rewards.
  • No Limit: There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make.

4. Payment Terms

  • Timing: Referral fees will be processed within thirty (30) days after Duraglaze USA LLC has received full payment from the Referred Customer.
  • Method: Payments will be issued via check mailed to the Referrer’s address on file or via a digital payment platform (e.g., Zelle or Venmo) at the discretion of Duraglaze USA LLC.
  • Tax Responsibility: Referrers are responsible for any taxes associated with the receipt of referral rewards. If a Referrer earns $600 or more in a calendar year, Duraglaze USA LLC may require a completed Form W-9 before further payments are issued, as required by IRS regulations.

5. Program Timeframe

  • Booking Window: To qualify for the reward, the Referred Customer must book and complete their service within six (6) months of the initial referral date.
  • Termination: Duraglaze USA LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any referrals made prior to the termination date will be honored if they result in a Qualified Referral.

6. Exclusions and Limitations

  • Existing Leads: If the Referred Customer is already in the Duraglaze USA LLC database as a current lead or past customer, the referral will not be considered “Qualified.”
  • Non-Transferable: Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for credits on past services.
  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding the source of a referral, Duraglaze USA LLC’s internal records shall be the final authority in determining who is eligible for the reward.

7. Governing Law

The Program and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from this Program shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the state.
